Service & Support

Below are the levels of service and support we offer for special education data reporting:

Tier One (1)

25 hours of support service – CLSI application and support, support and service for ad-hoc reports, training, special programming, monthly newsletter and two (2) visits, is included in your agreement.  Provide resources for coordination with local school corporations’ technical staff to ensure accurate data submissions. Support services will be provided through email, telephone and on-site (when required).  If site request additional hours over the allotted 25 hours, support will be provided at a reduced rate per hour.

Tier Two (2)

15 hours of support – CLSI application and support, one (1) visit, support and service for ad-hoc (Stonefield Query), training, special programming and monthly newsletter.  Provide resources for coordination with local school corporations’ technical staff to ensure accurate data submissions.  Support services will be provided through email, telephone and on-site (when required).  If site request additional hours over the allotted 15 hours, support will be provided at a reduce rate per hour.

Tier Three (3)

CLSI application and maintenance.  Site request for service and support provided at an hourly rate per hour.
